My food prep services meet the needs of families as well as individuals who are seeking healthy alternatives to southern food . I also cater to trainers and individuals who are training and prepping for weight management. My catering service meets the needs of those with upcoming events, in need of quality catering, for meetings, weddings, and any special occasion.

Each ingredient is handpicked with love and consumer in mind. I provide the quality food delivery taste at a great price. In a world where individuals are becoming more health conscious, and always on the go, there is a lack of home cooked meals and resources. People aren’t receiving the nutritious home cooked meals as they may need or like on a day to day basis. I provide that convenience at your fingertips. I supply an alternative to all of those delectable southern food that we enjoy so much. 60-80% of my clients request vegan and vegetarian options so I do provide this food service as well.

Peace and Blessings my name is Hatisha Mike. My food comes straight from the heart catering to the soul. I offer the modern American/Universal Cuisine, with a mix of southern food twist, pastas, healthy alternatives and much more. I started out with a passion for feeding others, I thoroughly enjoy the positive and emotional reactions I receive once the food hits the soul and I know the belly is satisfied. The journey toward exploring my gift began at the young age of 8, while cooking fried chicken, in my grandmother’s kitchen in Baltimore Maryland. My passion began from receiving all the wonderful praise at my grandmother’s card parties from the delicious and savory food that I had prepared. That same love and passion is poured into each and every meal that I provide to this very day.
